To set ourselves apart we made a commitment early on to pursue certifications and licenses within the inspection and environmental industries to ensure we have what it takes to deliver a superior service. We understand that you could have chosen any company out there to handle your inspection and environmental testing needs, but you have chosen us. Shawn Reed is an American businessman that entered the workforce as a banker in the late 90's working for big financial firms like Rock Financial now known as Quicken Loans, Flagstar Bank and Wall Street Loan Center. It was in the financial arena that Mr. Reed started originating commercial mortgages for investors. Mr. Reed has worked with multiple financial institutions throughout the country like Wells Fargo, 5th3rd and Key Bank originating SBA Loans for C-Store Owners looking to expand there business operations and worked to satisfy their need for capital. Mr. Reed has even worked with other American businessmen like Mr. Jamie Diamond, the CEO of Chase Manhattan Bank negotiating short sales that benefited citizens right here in Michigan. From mortgages Mr. Reed started buying and developing Detroit real estate through the Wayne County Tax Sale Auctions. As his career progressed he moved into Multi Family Development where he ultimately found his calling working with large commercial and multi-family developments for Mich Alta, LLC and Sweet Living, Inc. both Canadian based Real Estate Development Firms.

Armed with a background in finance and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude Mr. Reed has been involved in countless successful real estate transactions both residential and commercial. To add to an ever growing list of accomplishments Mr. Reed has managed and operated real estate portfolios in upwards of $10M and has liquidated portfolios in Multi-State Regions in excess of 5,000 homes throughout the United States. Currently Mr. Reed sits on the board of Sovereign Estates and Detroit Investment Corp. as a primary consultant for a U.K. based investment firm for the past six years. Pre Closing Inspection has assembled a team of highly qualified professionals that understand and manage the complex inspection and environmental needs of real estate transactions, development projects, industrial facilities, multifamily developments, shopping plazas and numerous residential homes sprawling throughout the Greater Metro Detroit Area. PCI Environmentals' approach to your inspection and environmental risk assessment project is forged in a business solution oriented mindset. We have built relationships with key environmental laboratories and engineering firms to bring you the real time reporting you'd expect from nationally accredited firms for lead based paint testing, water testing, mold testing and hazardous asbestos testing as well as research partners for Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 Baseline and Intrusive Earth Moving Environmental issues, due diligence risk assessment throughout Michigan.
